A roast chicken. Yes, it is, stuffed with a half-apple, a half-onion, some rosemary, some sage and a handful of garlic cloves. We will see him later, after a sojourn in the fridge.

My concession to culinaria this Sunday has been to roast this chicken.

Didn’t eat it. But I roasted it.

You ‘n y’mama ‘n ’em will see him (her) in some incarnation later this week, maybe.
